Vada pav!!

Hey foodies!!! Welcome back to explore more mouth watering street food dishes. So today I'll be talking about vada pav!! Vada pav has grown to be the darling of the masses. A pillowy pav with a golden fried slice batata vada covered with the green chutney. Every railway station has a thelawala, because it is perfectly portable food and great for people on the go. Preparation: Boiled potato is mashed and mixed with spices, usually with green chilli, turmeric and mustard seeds.  The mass is then coated in gram flour and deep fried. It is served with a bread, 2 or more chatneys and with a green chilli. Nothing can beat a vada in terms of taste and it's deliciousness. Often touched as a poor man's snack  vada pav is much more than just a cheap street food. From roadside vendors to big managers, everyone surrenders to the delight of vada pav.
